The Bikram Yoga Series 26&2 is done in a room heated to 105 degrees and 40% humidity. The 26 postures are practiced in a systematic sequence. A beginner practice truly meant for any body! Arrive hydrated and ready to sweat!

FIRST TIME ADVICE: PRE-CLASS PREPARATION

Try not to eat at least two hours before class. Hydrate yourself well before your session.

You will need: a yoga mat, a towel large enough to cover your yoga mat, and a bottle of water to take small sips from as needed. We do not allow glass bottles in the studio due to safety issues in the event of an accident.

Yoga mats and towels may be rented UPON ARRIVAL

The studio opens 30 minutes before classes begins and remains open 30 minutes after class.

For your first visit, arrive 15 - 20 minutes early to register and get ready for class. Wear comfortable, breathable clothing.

There is no late admission - the door to the studio locks when the class begins.

A slow paced style of yoga with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles.
